I have 2002 Evinrude 40hp twin cylinder 2-stroke engines. One is a customer of mine. Both have a similar problem, that being oil is collecting around the top spark plug (on the outside) and runs down the engine. I suspect a bad head gasket, but haven't been able to definitively determine...
