    1988 evanrude 110 small tubes both sides of manifld

    What do the small tubes that are attached to the manifoild do for the engine? I was told they have to do with oil but reading they are called balance tubes. I am in process of putting front of engine back together after pulling bottom end off installed new seals, bearing, and water pump.
