    Johnson 9.5 - Bad Crankshaft Seal???

    Still trying to get my 9.5 to run..... After taking off the armature plate to replace the spark plug wires I noticed black oil under the plate - see the photo. Is this a sign of a bad crankshaft seal or something else? Thanks Joe
