    1996 Johnson 225 venom Rpms

    Lately on my boat its been a struggle to get on plane and then once on plane its not turning the amount of rpms it should and is extremely slow. I have put in new spark plugs, played with the coils, put new wires on with no relief, also my power pack is nearly brand new. I'm not sure what else...
