    WHATS WRONG

    i HAVE A 50 HP EVINRUDE MOTOR IT IDLES ROUGH BUT SEAMS TO RUN GOOD AT HIGH SPEED. I HAD THE CARBS REBUILT, BOUGHT A NEW TANK AND LINES, CHANGED THE PLUGS AND DID A COMPRESSION CHECK. you can pull the plug wire off the top cylinder and the motor wants to die but pull the plug wire off the bottom...
