    OMC 990243s bad fuel pump?

    I picked up a new 19' 1979 Manatee Cuddy with an with a 4 cylinder OMC I/O. The model number on the engine is 990243s. I'm not getting any fuel to the carburetor. I have a 99% feeling that the fuel pump needs to replaced, but first, I want to cancel out any other thing that could be the problem...
