I could not get my outdrive to lift. (OMC Cobra w 350 engine on 1989 Winner 19') I was low on power steering fluid (are the two related?) I now have air in the hydraulic line and need to refill. I don't know where to refill or how to bleed out the air. I have refilled the power steering fluid...
