    So if anybody would decide to chime in, I think I figured that I had to lower it because now it’s smooth as butter, but I’m almost all the way bottomed out lowering it. But I guess it is what it is correct me if I’m wrong.

    gimbal bearing was stuck. I freed it up before I went into work. I will grease the **** out of it. It is smooth but it just would not rotate. I will raise the motor back up and play with alignment tonight.

    So can I raise the engine to center of the front mount adjuster and readjust the gimble bearing? And then fine tune with the front mount?

    thanks for the reply Scott, I just do not get it I guess, so it should move as I put the alignment tool in? Is it not set once a new bearing is installed to where the engine is set at?

    So 2 years ago motor was pulled and deck was replaced, all new mounts were pressed in, all was fine, except when doing realinement I had to lower the front all the way down to get a good aline. So now this year just today I can not get a easy push in of the tool without force and is showing it...

    So just found a sloppy rotor, swapped that out with another, way better. Also just found one spring on my air/fuel mixing screws to be larger than the other WTH (bought that way) swapped them both from another carb, thank god for spare parts. Running 100% better

    carb cleaned in Sept, 3psi fuel pressure, couple pumps off throttle and held at about 1/3 to 1/2 throttle. fresh rebuild low hours. was just running strong the other day
