    97 Merc Horn problem.

    The horn in my 97 Merc 60 hp tiller started going off intermittently last year. It usually started after I was going for 15 minutes or more. I replaced the Impeller and hose but it kept coming on earlier and now pretty much stays on continously from a cold start. I don't think it's an overheat...
