yes all good condition 50hp 2005 but i thought i would get more revs out of it 3200revs is it

I have a 4.25m stessl edgetracker running a 48 73136A40 13 prop and getting around 3200 rev at about 45km is that about right or do i need to change props

I have a 40hp 2015 2 stroke merc that wont start. I have checked spark and fuel but still wont start. Anyone have any ideas.
