I have a 1996 VP 7.4 Gi that I changed the starter on. While doing this I noticed an area on the starboard side of my oil pan that appears like it should have a plug in it. It was rusted so I couldn't tell if its an opening or not. I could not pass a wire through it but didn't want to force it...
