    Prop Swap opinions...

..see who wins 🤔..have some fun I'm gonna guess, using all the stuff, mathematics, opinions, etc, out there, that you will see 4800 rpm@WOT....assuming you're fair by running at the exact conditions with the old prop and tach. 2" pitch reduction = 400 rpm gain One extra blade = 100 rpm...

    Prop Swap opinions...

agree with stinnet. but, your thinking on the 4 blade stainless doesn't seem wrong, but it's still a guess. Mathematically and on paper it works....🫤 Just gets expensive when guessing if it doesn't do what you want and you can't return that stainless prop.

Trailer bearing blowout. Need help with repair(s)

then something isn't right. I see movement in the grease the minute I start pumping. I had that happen one time only on one wheel due to the seal bearing surface being bad. A spindle repair kit fixed that. Previous owner's maintenance was lacking, took me a few years to fix things. Anyway, not...

    Is A I a totally unreliable function ?

"AI is in the very earliest stages of development now. Much like autos were over 100 years ago. It has a long way to go." yeah, but it's able to make a short time to get there.

    Is A I a totally unreliable function ?

and all I can do is what I'm doing, or not doing. No social media accounts. No giving phone # or zip code for purchases. No apple car play/ profile connection registration in the new toyota. No apple nothing actually, 'cept IPhone , but with every auto reporting, position, locating, ident, thing...

    Boat opinions

I use the echomap 2 53. Operating on the upper chesapeake, it has come in really handy, especially for a new bay operator that I am.

    Is A I a totally unreliable function ?

not only testing, La. allowed polygraphs...just to get a job in a lumber yard. If you wanted a job loading bags at Delta, you had better show up in a coat and tie.

    Is A I a totally unreliable function ?

it's a tool....for some it's becoming an emotional crutch. For crooks, it's enabling warp speed data theft attempts.

    I should add a 2nd battery...

I have the acr which sends a charge to the battery that's weakest. I also have a 2 flat solar chargers mounted on the rear left of the pontoon, one for each battery. No way to tell if they actually make a difference, but I've owned the boat since 2016-17 and haven't had a dead battery problem...

    I should add a 2nd battery...

is a 24' pontoon considered a medium boat? 🤔 anyway, I added a second battery, a selector and an acr. It was simple, and appears to be working well after 3+ years. Also cleaned up the rats nest factory wiring in the console.

    New Stuff on Vehicles likes/dislikes

You have to account for the MRSP of a 2013 camry LE compared to the MSRP of the camry hybrid LE. Maintenance cost might have saved a little, hard to compare. It's total savings that are important. So, using your #, I only saved around $900. I calculated more.....and took a gamble on the...

    New Stuff on Vehicles likes/dislikes

the camry hybrid was/is a great car. Was just required by inspection ( they're honest) to replace all rotors and front pads (i did all) last year. It had 153,000+ miles when sold to my son last week. People might be surprised, though, as to how much money I really saved. Not as much as one would...

    aluminum prop comparison

Responding to your original post. You could get the same blade/diameter/pitch prop from different manufacturers and get different results. The reverse is true also. I have 3 different props from 2 manufacturers that all gave the same #'s. propping can get expensive. From all you've said...

Bravo 3 Prop selection - other options?

you're not looking at your buddy's data properly. It's not speed that determines the correct prop, it's WOT rpm's along with the engine's rpm limits. What is your buddy's rpm @WOT ? That's the important question we're trying to get you to understand.

    New Stuff on Vehicles likes/dislikes

well, took delivery of my 2025 toyota. First car ever with the lane monitoring, distance monitoring, auto braking...etc. Didn't like it. I have always driven using "racing" techniques such as apex recognition in curves....no, not talking speeding or recklessness.... And if you read the manual...
