    470 Mercruiser

    I just rebuilt a 1978 mercruiser 470. It runs great! Except :D : When i get it to about 2000 rpms water began to come out of the radiator cap. Its brand new. I looks fine. I sems as if i heard of this before. What is the problem... It is not going into the overflow..<br /><br />Skybizzer

    I am trying to find a good site that has parts for this motor. I am looking for a radiator cap and can't find one. Will a automotive one do.<br /><br />Also what is a normal oil pressure at idle speed?<br /><br />Thanks.
