I have a 1983 sea swerll with a OMC 5.7 eng. And I am having trouble getting it to go into forward gear. I can grab the linkage by hand and get it to go with a little help. but it wont go in like it should. I have tried adjusting the linkage. But I have it adjusted as far as it will go one way...
