I have a 470 Stern Drive on a 4 cylinder GM engine. I just bought it used. The engine water was empty, so I filled it with water and antifreeze. The water and antifreeze immediately ran out the engine outdrive. Does that mean that the Heat exchanger is bad, and need to be replaced? Or could it...
