Im stumped can anyone help
I have a 77 Wellcraft 20'. It has a 84 Mercrusier I/O engine. My Trouble is that when I go to start it it wont start. New batteries, new starter. When i had the starter off I tried to move the flywheel and I think I found the problem it wont move.( Its in neutral)...
