I have a 1984 evinrude outboard. The electric has been checked out, new spark plugs, carbs rebuilt, new gas line. When we take the top spark plug out it runs for about 30 seconds then dies. When both plugs are in it boggs down and wont start at all. Did a compression test both are 110psi. Im...
