Hello I have a 1988 30 hp Evinrude , it starts 2 or 3 pulls ,idle's a little rough ,but it runs, when i accelerate sometime's it clears off, then sometimes it dose not it coughs and sputters at 1/2 to full throttle i have replaced the plugs ,and running fresh fuel. any idea's what would cause...
