I am not knowledged on boats, but trying to help husband with dead moter. 2 stoke Yamaha 40ert. moved house, disconnected motor from boat. want to go fishing, hook motor back up, new fuel, battery shows 12.67 volt charge. new steering cable(old froze), new plugs. turn switch to start- nothing...
