Just purchased a 2011 Tahoe Q5 SF. Compression checked fine, the boat runs fine. With the throttle all the way forward, it is topping out at around 4,000 RPM and 37 MPH. Everything I see online and on the forums say it should run around 4800-4900 RPM and around 45-50 MPH. What could be wrong...
