    It does not sputter when she stalls just stops. You think it might be too lean or rich? Lean i think is out on the screw and rich is in on the screw.

    I tweeked the idle mixture a little this morning, we are going to go out today so we will see what happens. Maybe while I am at idle I will pop back there and make a small adjustment.     New plugs, New wires, New coil, New ignition pick up, cleaned carb, New fuel filter/water separator, New carb filter, New fuel lines, fuel pump psi @ 8. '06 ish, 2 barrel mercarb.     Some of my thoughts, feedback welcome. Thinking, cleaning and adjusting the float a 32nd or so below factory recomended setting. Might buy a newer marine Carter pump and see if that has some lower pressure.

    Nope, removed the spring needle and installed the solid needle. No clip flat press onto the bottom of the needle.

    Yup, gave her a few love taps, pulled the power to the fuel pump, started her up on the fuel in the bowl and gave her some stiff bumps, reconnected the fuel pump flooded out.. Thanks for the welcome.. been a reader of the forums for a long time.
