    I cant post pic at mom until 10 posts - but would say its called throttle cam - its circular with a roller in it - as you puch the throttle lever forward the cam rotates with the roller going backwards - however with the throttle fully forward the roller is not at the extent of the the cam - so...

    This small gold metal disc fell out when i was unscrewing housing in order to replace toggle start with key start - anyone know where it goes please as I cannot find it in manual etc ?
