Hello so I have a 1996 Johnson 4 stroke 15 hp outboard with electric start.. so last year at the end of the season it was running rough so I put it away for winter inside so nothing froze.. so this year I can’t get it to run.. has good spark about 90 compression in both cylinders fuel pump works...
