    Thanks! I suspected the stated year was incorrect, wasn’t sure if they used the year in the model or serial number so this really helps out.

    I have a 20hp johnson model = 20BA 75 B, serial number C 13772 (canadian motor) I was told the previous owner thought it was a 1978 but can't find any info or parts diagrams for it? I've tried the regular sn lookups to no avail...anyone have anything they can add to my search?
