So I have an 89 j100stcem and the ball and socket connecting the link to the spark advance tab under the flywheel broke and I replaced it. In my wild stupidity I didn’t mark where the link was set to. The boat starts and idles just fine on muffs. Haven’t gotten on the water just yet to run it...
