    I have a 1998 Evinrude 90HP. Model number E90TSLECM. I got it last month and it supposedly sat for 2 years. I cleaned and rebuilt both carbs, replaced impeller and housing. New fuel pump. All new fuel lines. New spark plugs and wires. New battery. Spark on all cylinders. Haven’t gap tested spark...
