    That's a possibility lol. The side of the motor where these were missing from had a toast headgasket as well but i replaced that and now the compression is 110-115 psi on all cylinders and didnt see any damage or excessive play in the pistons. Definitely evidence someones been in carbs before though

    Thanks i ordered two more and and will see what happens when i put them in. It runs but was idling high as hell. missing those jets probably explains that.

    I got this motor which had a blown head gasket. That is now resolved and compression is good on all cylinders. Rebuilding the carbs because when i pump the ball a bunch of gas pours out of the front of the carbs. You are probably right though since the parts diagram only calls for one on each...
