I don't know. My tank is in the front of the boat 8 foot + from the motor and no doors to access. I will need to cut carpet and wood to get to it. Every electric fuel pump says mount within 2 foot of the fuel tank as does my machine shop. At this point Ig I'll try it 8 foot away and hope it...

My block doesn't have the option for a mechanical and the fuel tank is very difficult to get to. The electrical fuel pump will be 8'+ from the fuel tank. Is there a electrical pump with a plunger that will work?
