My 1980, Mariner 115 Tower of Power was running quite well, smooth, not stumbling this weekend. Shut it down for about 5-10 minutes fired it back up and it wasn't, sorry, "peeing" out the side. Shut it down and could hear the water run back through the lower unit. Did notice it was spitting...
