    I have a 4.3 mercruiser 1998 alpha 1 Gen1. I adjusted the cables per manual. It will go into and out of reverse perfectly but will not go into forward until it gets to about the 10 o’clock indent. What do I need to adjust to correct this? Thanks for the help.

    What size motor will my John Boat hold?

    I have a 1972 Sears John boat that does not have a sticker stating what size motor it is rated to handle. I bought it used with a 15 hp gamefisher/force engine. The engine needs replaced. I have the opertunity to buy a 25 HP Mercury 2 stroke with electric start but don't know if it will fit...
