    pull start spring lube for a 25hp Johnson?

    I just replaced the spring and associated parts of the pull start on a 25 hp Johnson - 1982. What is the best lube to use for this spring? Should I just smear in some triple-guard grease or bearing grease in there to lube the new spring? What lube is recommened for this purpose? Thanks. P239
