    Johnson 70 Tilt/Trim Motor replacement

    This T/T unit has the motor on the inside of the stern brackets. Does the boat engine need to be removed to remove the T/T motor? Looks like it to me but hopefully there's something I'm not seeing.

    hello. How do I determine year and model of this boat? I've found 2 #'s and haven't been able to reference either. (1) on the inside rear is- 5A9633 (2) on the outside rear is- 2070 D585 thanks for help!

    How do I determine the year of this thing? The only ID I can find on the motor is stamped into the engine block head. It's - 339288 thanks
