If anyone has any suggestions on what to look for on a pull start with choke (25 hp Evinrude). We have changed the spark plugs but we don't have a manual. Could use some suggestions to try before taking it in to service.
we purchased a boat which came with a 1989 25 hp Evinrude motor. We have the gas to oil ratio as 50:1. It has a choke on the front we are not sure how to use in what position. We are having trouble getting it started. Can anyone give some initial things to try.
