    I need help. I have an 1956 Evinrude Fastwin 15, that is getting the best of me! I bought the motor not running of course. The motor will start for about 4 sec. and then stop. I sprayed carb cleaner in the throat when it was about to go and it continued to run a few more then... i have cleaned...
