We have a 1990's yamaha 175 outboard. The engine has no power out of the hole. The top end might be off as well, but THERE IS NO POWER OUT OF THE HOLE. It has no UMPH from a dead start. Takes about 5-10 seconds to get going. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Tried new fuel, but that is about it. We do not know...
