Last year the mercruiser overheated due to hydrilla in the outdrive, turned the boat off and winterized it, replaced wires, plugs,cap rotor and also got the conversion kit from points to ignition. Found the damn ballast resistor that u had to bypass which was the purple wire for all u 3.0...
