Engine stalls at 1000 RPM. If I feather it - push forward on the accelerator arm in little bits it once it gets above 1000 rpm it runs fine. Or if I get it just below 1000 rpm pull back on the accelerator arm and than slam it in forward it gets above 1000 RPM's and runs fine. But if I just run...
