I've tore down my carbs on a 1991 Suzuki DT30. The main nozzle caps are loose and fall out on all 3 carbs. Can any one tell me if this is what they are supposed to do? I think that they should stay in and not fallout????? They are still some what soft and don't look severly dried up. Has any...
My 1991 Suzuki DT30 fuel primer ball geos soft. I replaced the fuel hose (primer ball included) as well as the male and female fittings on the motor side. This did not solve the problem. The engine also surges at WOT.

My 1991 Suzuki DT 30 starts great, idles great, never stalls or quits. However at full throttle it "surges". It may do this after 10 minutes of full throttle or after an hour...... it comes and goes randomly. Any one have some advice????
