I just purchased a 1999 Bass Tracker with a 40h.p. Mercury outboard on it. The electric trim motor seems to be working fine, and the trim unit is full of fluid, the motor still won't go up and down. What can I do, as far as adjusting,or Bleeding the unit, I would love to get it working for...
