    What all is different in a 1971 25hp and a 35hp Johnson?

    I just got a 1971 25hp Johnson and was told that it could be made into a 35hp by changing the carb to a carb off a 35hp. Is this true or do they have a different bore & or stroke...?

    18hp Fastwin swivel bracket?

    I have a 1968 18hp Fastwin with a broken swivel bracket. I have found one from a 1962 but need to know if it will fit before I buy it. They look to be the same but I saw another one for sale without the inner tube? (that I need) and it said it fit years 63-72. Help!

    Venom 200 lower water seal

    I have a 1996 Johnson 200 venom that runs great on the garden hose but will not run in the water . Wen on the hose the water runs out between the upper/lower unit . Is this normal or does it have a seal/gasket bad ? If the water pump goes bad would it run on the hose and not in the water ?

    1995 200 venom dies just off idle

    Hi all ! I have a a venom 200 that runs like a top on the gardenhose but if you put it in the water it will die JUST off idle . I put a timeing lite on all the wires and # 5 and 4 do not always fire . Can you help me ?
