00merc150/150hours locked up/no indication

Any ideas of could have gone wrong when my motor locked up? I saw it pumping water and the oil tank was full. It all of a sudden lost power then seemed to have locked up. It just suprises me with such low hours and regularly changing the lower unit grease that this happened.

Please check the compression and spark and gear oil. This will help us determine what has happend.<br /><br />TMD
