My transfer oil pump is not filling up the main oil tank. The main oil tank gets low and the alarm comes on indicating low oil. The manual transfer switch located next to the main oil tank on the engine does not allow the pump to come on either. Checked switch and it is working. I took the tank out and jumped the oil pump to 12V on the battery and it ran so I don't think the pump is bad...just not getting 12V to it. Any suggestions? I have a Yamaha Service Manual and have been studying the system.
