Got an 03 4stroke 50hp efi not running right. Very rough idle and dies out when throttle applied. Some times it will idle fine when first started for a second or two but rough again. I have ruled out bad gas with an external tank with fresh fuel, New fuel filter bowl assy, Spark plugs and wires replaced, Pulled the vapor separator apart and cleaned it. The pump inside the separator inside it works when 12 volts applied.
