Hi guys,<br /><br />I have a problem with this motor that is intermittent. On some occasions when trying to start, the starter motor fails to turn over the motor and it makes only a single squeal with the key on. You have to turn it off and then turn it on again. every time i do this it turns over the motor and it starts.<br /><br />I do nothing different ??<br /><br />What can be causing this. Could be a weak battery or bad connection. I would first check all battery connections (at the starter too)and clean if necessary. If that doesn't do it, check the water level and charge the battery and see what happens, have the battery load tested.
