'03 controlls

Will using '03 controlls with a '96 C25ELR cause any problems? Everything seems to be working but I can not get the engine to start. The starter works fine. It does appears there might be a fuel issue but I just wanted to rule out the controlls first.

I would not expect the problem to be controls. Test compression and fire then go for the fuel system.
