03 Yamaha 200hp 4 stroke vs. 06
A friend of mine is considering a purchasing a boat that has a pair of VERY low hours +/- 40hrs on them. I have run the 06 motors and really like them, are there any significant differences going back to 03? Any concerns with 03?s with that little time on them (Aside from standard maint and fuel issues)?
Is there a way to access the computers to confirm hours and trouble codes with a laptop or PDA?
Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
