04 vmax 150 bogges down

04 vmax 150, runs fine at idle, but stalls when planing out have to use choke to get boat to plane-out, checked spark and compression 120 on all 6 plugs,replaced fuel bubble, runs at 3000 rpms only, bogges down after that.....any ideas

by hitting the choke you force the system rich bypassing the main,intermediate and idle circuits.
means your carbs are clogged.
clean them carefully and go play.
