05' Honda 20hp

Taking a 05' Honda 20hp 4-stroke to the shop to have the prop shaft straightened. I was wondering if anyone know the approximate hours behind a job like this. I believe the tech said he was going to remove the shaft from the lower. Any help would be appreciated.

In our shop, we would probably replace the prop shaft. Shaft straightening is the realm of a machine shop, and probably would involve use of an arbor press and dial indicator(s) with the shaft in a V-block.

Labor hours will depend on the difficulty in getting the shaft runout within specs, and the skill of the mechanic.
