100, 115, or 140?

I have this evinrude outboard . The model number comes back to a 19100 hp. I was told the power head was changed years back and it is a 140 powerhead (not by manufacturer)
I have the freeze plug number (391226 RPH)
But from what I can see that’s a 115. This is making ordering the correct parts for year and size difficult.
Does anyone know what I have . (Compression test shows 110 in all 4) motor hasn’t been ran in a while and I’m wanting to put it on my 23ft trophy.
Thank you for any information and how can you tell for future projects ?

115 and 140 are the same block if you believe that the 140 is powerhead rated and the 115 is prop rated. I think RPH means Rebuilt/replaced powerhead.

It is a prop rated 115.....not the best choice for a 23ft boat. A 150 or 175HP would be best choice

Well many parts were the same year after year.-----Post the compression test values.-----Myself I would not order a single part until I had that salt water mess apart and spread over the work bench.
