100 hp zuki wont idle

My 100hp zuki won't idle and runs very rough when trying to accel. it will start up every time but it will not continue to run unless I have the warm up control about half way up. The thing ran fine last year and I have not use it since. It also seems that the lower two cylinders on either side maybe are not firing. the spark plugs I just put in are wetr but do not look "burnt" like the top two. Any help would be great. Thanks

time for a carb rebuild and the fuel/oil mix need to be set right ....
